Cancelations & No call/ No show Policy

1. Full session fee charged for missed appointments without 24 hrs notice. 

Notice is defined by you have made all attempts to contact me by the methods below and I have acknowledged that I have recieved that notice by my own reasonably timed reply.

2. No Call /No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged the  full session fee -Your appointment reserves time specifically for you. A missed session without notice results in a charge of your full session rate to cover lost opportunity. You are paying to reserve my time since I am unable to assist anyone else during that time reserved for you. It's a business and my time is valuable.  

3. Emergencies -  Emergencies can be discussed and defined on a case by case basis - A follow up call after the missed appointment allows us to come to a reasonable conclusion that works for both of us.
