The Map or Blueprint cannot be changed; it is what we are born with. However, if we understand the information in our chart and take appropriate action, then we will be doing the right thing at the right time and align with the auspicious Chi rather than the challenging energies.
When we do this we are better able to overcome obstacles during difficult periods and to grasp opportunity during favorable times.

A more Balanced Year
The Year of the Tiger 2022, was considered unbalanced because there were 8 Yang aspects and Three Tigers (Year Month and Hour) with 1 Rat in the Day pillar in the Paht Chee Chart. A year that was more balanced would have an even distribution of Yin and Yang influences and not so many of one animal! Some of the Key words for this last year was Intense, unexpected, and fiery. However, there were many profound and spiritual aspects if you looked for them and the Rat encouraged us all to be more resourceful when necessary.
Because the Yin Water element is associated with the color black, some people call this the “Year of the Black Rabbit.” The Yin Water element represents sensitivity, intuition, and, in its most positive form, the way of inner peace.
The Water Rabbit Year promises a period of rest and reflection after the
dynamic Year of the Tiger.
The Rabbit is a symbol of good luck. In Chinese philosophy, rabbits are also considered to be symbols of patience. So, if you can bide your time until the moment is right to act in 2023, you should experience some lucky breaks will bring what we have lacked in 2022: Peace and Success - a year of hope!
Here’s what it means for you.
The Year of the Rabbit 2023 will bring less anger and more relaxation! The influence of the Rabbit will temper those too impulsive, therefore, thinking twice before acting, you will manage to fulfill all your plans successfully.
It is time to explore our spiritual side as the Year of the Water Rabbit is also the year of hope. The year of 2023 is one where the sacrifices of the past are rewarded generously. All of our what we wish to manifest is determined by the purity of our heart’s intent.
The Rabbit is a rewarding one for those willing to take risks. Owing to rabbit’s being also a fertility symbol, this is also a powerful year to not only start new business ventures, but also, be beneficial for those looking to have children, as well as, for artists to get inspired and move in new directions.
More balance than last year between Yin and Yang influences:
5 Yin and 3 Yang.
2022 8 Yang were present!
1 Tiger remains in the month pillar but not 3 present as in 2022!
In Chinese Five Element Theory, each zodiac sign is associated with one of the five elements:
Gold (Metal), Wood, Water, Fire, or Earth.
For example, a Water Rabbit comes once in a 60-year cycle
this has not occurred since 1963.
Rabbit years bring lucky breaks and partnerships, for those on their true paths.
2023 is a wonderful year to find your purpose in life.
This year presents a fabulous opportunity to slow down and reflect on what is truly important.
Yin Water years call us to practice surrender in contrast to the Yang Water year of 2022 which was a year governed by the ferocious Yang Water Tiger.
The Year of the Rabbit promises to be more peaceful.
Hostility and competition give way to gentle harmony.
